5 Dimensions of Christian Servant Leadership

“We have some significant leadership challenges” is what I hear from many of the Parishes, Dioceses, Metropolises and Archdioceses with which I have worked.

 While much has been written about leadership in “business world,” not as much has been offered in “church world” from an Orthodox Christian perspective. This New Year’s Eve, Ancient Faith Radio will air a special, prerecorded Stewardship Calling 5th Sunday program focused on the Five Critical Dimensions of Orthodox Christian Servant Leaders.

 This Stewardship Calling 5 Dimensions Leadership Model was created after 11 years of working with hundreds of churches, completing strategic plans that cover 17%+ of Orthodox Christians in the U.S., and after integrating Holy Scripture and many best practices leadership research studies and books.

 This December 31st program will specifically unpack each of 5 critical dimensions of the most effective Orthodox Christian servant leaders and explore how to improve leadership, mentoring and succession in your parish and life.

 While you might not actually tune in at 8:00 p.m. Eastern on New Year’s Eve, you can download the archived version, find a supporting leadership PowerPoint and a 2-hour leadership training video at the always free  www.stewardshipcalling.com under the Leadership tab (https://stewardshipcalling.com/leadership/) or the Internet Radio tab (https://stewardshipcalling.com/internet-radio/).

 The podcast can also be downloaded from the Stewardship Calling pages on the Ancient Faith Radio website: (http://www.ancientfaith.com/podcasts/stewardshipcalling)

 And starting in January, 2018, Ancient Faith Radio will air a WEEKLY 15-minute Stewardship Calling podcast you can access from: (https://stewardshipcalling.com/internet-radio/) or (http://www.ancientfaith.com/podcasts/stewardshipcalling) that will begin to cover:

 (1) the 15 steps to create a Culture of True Stewardship;

(2) the 7 steps to create Engaged Disciples;

(3) the 7 steps to create a Consensus Vision and Strategic plan; and

(4) many more programs to help you improve your parish and the way it serves its parishioners and community.

 In addition, if you’d like to be included in a monthly, 1-hour, interactive webinar on stewardship and other church improvement topics, please email me at Bill@stewardshipcalling.com (as space will be limited). Thanks, God bless and SOTPAETJ (stay on The Path, and enjoy the journey).
