Difficult conversations with challenging people, and interpersonal conflicts that lead to a lack of trust, are big challenges we face in our churches and ministries. They also often negatively impact personal relationships, families and organizations.
For the first time, we will publicly tackle these critical issues. My special guest, Dr Mitch Owen, and I will explore how to best handle conflict and difficult conversations in our churches, ministries and lives. At the same time, we will discuss the theological examples and teachings of our Lord providing historical guidance alongside many practical and modern day solutions and recommendations.
Dr. Mitch Owen is the principal of Mitchen Incorporated and is creator of the Elusive Leadership Model for high performance teams. He is professionally certified and administers many assessment instruments for professional development, executive coaching, management training, team effectiveness and organization development.
