I am blessed to working with the very talented Board of Directors of the ZOE for LIFE Ministry to undertake a WHY Discovery.
This entails reaching consensus on one simple sentence that clearly expresses a ministry’s contribution and impact. The impact reflects the difference the ministry will make in the world. And the contribution is the primary action that the ministry will take toward making that impact.
A WHY should inspire and explain a ministry’s purpose. It provides a clear answer to the questions: “Why does our ministry exist?” “Why should our ministry matter to anyone?” or “Why should anyone want to join our ministry?”
