The Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Chicago (which has jurisdiction over Parishes and faithful in 6 Midwestern States) is pursuing a methodical and comprehensive strategic planning process. Under the visionary leadership of Metropolitan Nathanael, a diverse and dedicated group of over 170 faithful representing all constituencies from throughout the Metropolis worked diligently to reach consensus on a Statement of Why, Strengths/Weaknesses/Opportunities/Threats, Core Values, Mission, Vision, Strategic Areas of Focus and Strategic SMART Goals that will guide this progressive Metropolis for years to come.
