Parish annual reports are an easy way to provide all parishioners and stakeholders a summary update on the impact the parish realized from the donations of time, talent, treasures, and tithes of stewards. It also provides better integrity, transparency, and accountability that enhances the parish’s legitimacy while providing an opportunity for humble self-promotion and enhanced recruitment. There is no limit to the creativity a parish can implement in sharing the good news of how it fulfilled its WHY to achieve its Vision. Below are a couple of samples from a parish I have worked with, Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Seattle, that does stewardship and engagement well.
