November 29, 2020 – Chris Hillman – Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Member, Musical Superstar & Orthodox Christian

Chris Hillman is a superstar who helped invent the folk-rock genre and the country-rock genre. He is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and was a founding member of The Byrds. Chris also helped lead The Flying Burrito Brothers, Manassas, the Desert Rose Band and many other professional musical groups.

Countless other famous artists recorded Chris’s songs, including, Stephen Stills, Pearl Jam, Beck, Dwight Yoakam, The Black Crowes, k.d. lang, Sheryl Crow, Emmylou Harris, The Hollies, and many more stars. His music is also featured in countless TV shows and movies, including Forrest Gump and Easy Rider.


Chris has recorded countless albums and has traveled the world over sharing his God-given gifts as a music pioneer. Now he tells the story of his incredible life in his new book Time Between. Learn about the beginning of his musical career journey following his father’s suicide when Chris was only 16, to the calling he received 10 years into his 40-year marriage to Connie Pappas (who worked with Elton John) to learn more about, and join, the Orthodox Christian church.
